Commission Terms and Conditions
Things You Need to Know
​General Information:​
Payments are made via Paypal, so I will only need your email and send you an invoice. I am open to payment plans as well if that works better for you. However, I can only start the commission once the price is paid in full. Alternatively, you can also do a custom commission via etsy (link currently unavailable).
The finished pictures of my commissions will be posted on my social networks or portfolio.
Turnaround time really depends on how complex the design will be and also if it requires me to buy materials, online or local. If I have all the materials, readily available, my turnaround time could go for 2-4 weeks. If I need to source materials, I'd give it an estimate of 3 to 6 weeks.
I currently offer one size of plushie (11 inch) with two styles: Removeable clothing, or non-removeable clothing.
Machine washing is not recommended. If needing to be cleaned, use a lint roller or a light dab/handling of soap and water to clean spots.
Face details are "drawn" on with wool fibers, so careful handling is needed for the faces of the plushies, or else the fibers can be pulled out if handled too roughly.
These plushies are not meant for children. They can contain small parts which can present a choking hazard. They are meant for light handling or display.
I own a lot of different kinds of fabric and dye colors, so depending on the design, I might not have to buy many materials. If I'd have to say the fabrics I don't have much of, though--I don't have jean, fur, or leather fabrics. If you want an in-depth look at the fabrics I currently have on hand, you can find a fabric array on this page here with photos. (fabric array is currently a WIP, sorry!)
Although I am flexible with the details and traits of a commission, please do not ask me to outright replicate another plushie or plush artist's style. If you need some examples of previously made dolls, take a look at my doll gallery if you need to get a feel of what the finished result will be.

Commission at your own risk if you have an allergy to certain fabrics, polyfil, wool, or bamboo.
Changes that are instructed to being made to the commission are subject to a fee.
All sales are final. Once delivered, I do not accept returns.

Shipping and Payment Information:
Make sure your shipping address is is correct and up to date before shipping out the plushie. If the address was incorrect and sent back, I will have to charge shipping costs to resend the package.
Once payment is finalized and the plush has been started, there are no refunds. These plushies are handmade, one of a kind, and a lot of love and thought is put into them, so once a commission has begun, I cannot give a refund. The only exception is if you are in need of a payment plan, and within the first month of the plan you decide to drop out of the order, since I have not started the order I can issue a refund.
Once the package is sent, please be aware that any issues you may have are due to the postal service, so make sure to check the tracking and contact your local post office if any issues arise.
